Pregnant or just had a baby? If you need support, or if you are concerned about someone you love, call or text the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline or ask someone you trust to help you reach out.

  • The hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential hotline for pregnant and new moms in English and Spanish.

The HHS Office on Women’s Health also offers resources and information for finding support for postpartum depression.

The CDC Hear Her campaign also has resources for raising awareness of urgent maternal warning signs during and after pregnancy.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline, also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service, also provides 24-hour free and confidential treatment referral and information about mental and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery in English and Spanish.
